A wig goes far beyond appearance, it can restore a sense of normalcy, rebuild confidence and provide genuine relief from the emotional weight of the cancer journey. For even a few hours a day, it can help someone feel like themselves again. And that matters more than words can say.* #### Helping restore a sense of normalcy and confidence.  In June 2024, after years of dedication and planning, Cleveland Clinic Akron General (CCAG) opened a long-awaited Wig Boutique inside the Professional Office Building near McDowell Cancer Center, right where patients are already coming for treatment and appointments. No extra trips. No added exhaustion. Just a beautiful, welcoming space designed entirely around them. The Boutique is volunteer-run and completely FREE to patients.
