Individual Grant Program
This is a year-round program, which provides day-to-day financial assistance to individuals and families who reside or are treated in Summit County, Ohio, and are being treated for cancer. Some examples of how we help are: mortgage or rent assistance, transportation or gas costs, daycare costs, utility assistance, food assistance and the list goes on and on…
In need of assistance?
All applications must be submitted directly to the Stephen A. Comunale, Jr. Family Cancer Foundation, either online or by mail. Incomplete applications will not be considered! All applications must be accompanied by copies of actual recent bills. Once received, an independent committee of the Foundation will review your request and respond in a timely manner.
